The Dutch coffee comes with a pipe cream and a chocolate drizzle, combining the flavors of mocha with creamy goodness. The crepe is light and fluffy, with a perfect texture that is not too thick or too thin. It can easily hold all of the delicious fillings without falling apart. The addition of meat is a nice touch, adding some savory flavors to the meal. The hollandaise sauce on the side is a generous and tasty addition. Overall, if you're looking for a delicious continental breakfast with a unique twist, this place is definitely worth a try. And be sure to enjoy it all on a plate made of edible crepe - a truly unique and tasty experience.
This restaurant in Tsawwassen is one of the few options for brunch or breakfast, offering a wide variety of menu options. The prices can be a bit high, with Dutch pancakes ranging from $18 to $24. I tried the Boer's pannenkoek, which came with a selection of meats, eggs, and hash browns. The pancake was served with hollandaise sauce and house syrup. The portion size was quite large, but the pancake had a nice texture and remained soft and chewy. I enjoyed the meal, although the meats were on the salty side. I suggest pairing it with extra syrup for balance. The service was friendly and attentive, and I look forward to trying a sweet pancake next time.
The restaurant should have displayed the menu at the entrance so customers could make their selections before being served coffee and orange juice. The service staff was exceptional. We ordered bacon, egg hash browns, and eggs benedict, along with coffee and orange juice, which came to a total bill of $60 for my wife and me, including a generous tip. We found the breakfast to be expensive and overpriced. We should have eaten elsewhere.
We thought here for the breakfast some days after Christmas after the departure of the ferry. we had a little time to find it, as it does not appear correctly on the Locator apps. but once we sat right away. the menu is quite extensive, and there are many really interesting offers. I tried one of the Pannekoeken pieces. that seems to be their specificity. it was very good. several others in our group had eier benedikt. they have many different versions. they also liked their meals. the biggest problem was that the service was so slow! this could be due to the problems of the employees due to the pandemic. but we waited at least 45 minutes for our food. this is way too long for eating breakfast, which in the regular cooks fast. we wanted to tell them we were going when our food arrived. it really ruined our day as we were there for over 2 hours, just to the breakfast. this place could be good, and hopefully they will finally be able to work accordingly. also the prices are a little expensive.
Got seated 15 minutes ago. No service yet. No water or coffee. I wonder if the food is worth the wait? When we did get service our server was excellent and they even gave us a free breakfast! Excellent coffee too. Up from one star to four.
