Nice products and quality food. Very nice restaurant

My family and I recently celebrated my sister’s birthday at Amber and it was truly a wonderful experience. Food was amazing. The whole degustation menu was excellent. Every dish was well thought off and flavour was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive and respectful, not like other fine dining restaurants in HK who will force you to pay for bottled water (which is very tacky). They gave my sister a lovely chocolate birthday cake which we all shared. Thank you to the whole Amber team for making our meal and her birthday a memorable one.

This is my second time here but my first time for lunch, for this time I brought my friend with me and she loved this restaurant as I do, everything just perfect. Only one thing my friend told me, the restaurant should change or find a better coffee, hahahaha
