The staff member made it clear how inconvenient our gluten-free order was for her. She seemed quite annoyed that I wanted a hot sandwich, as it meant more cleanup for her. So, I opted for a cold sandwich instead, which seemed to please her. She even timed how long it took her to clean the slicer and mentioned the duration to us. Honestly, the prices for gluten-free options are already outrageous, so a little extra cleaning felt like a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, it seems that the employees weren't on the same page about that.

Jersey Mike's is undoubtedly the top choice among franchise sandwich shops. The location on Nyberg, right across from Cabela's, consistently offers excellent service, in my opinion, and I really don't have any complaints.

If I could give them no stars I would. .Placed a catering order on Wednesday. Called back on Thursday to verify pick up time 10:30.Got there on Friday morning, it was not ready until 11:00. That's the time my event started ! It was 300 dollars worth offood.

I placed an order on Grubhub and was informed that they were out of the bread necessary for my meal. I waited patiently as they worked on making more bread. However, instead of prioritizing my order, they served about four other customers before eventually getting to my sandwich. In total, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for just one sandwich, which felt incredibly disrespectful.

You can count on the employees at the Tualatin Jersey Mike's location to give you friendly fast customer service. The staff takes great care to make you the freshest and most delicious sandwhiches you've ever eaten. They are always willing to customizeyour order and you can see the care that goes into making your order. The servings are generous and the ingredients are topquality. Fast, friendly soooo much better than the same old fast food places.
