Burger King - Tucker

Update: I might not be able to overlook the 86 health rating anymore. This time when I ordered online, the cotton candy cloud icee was available. However, when I got there the Icee machine was down. (This is starting to be like the McDonald's Ice Cream Machine. Not the first time it's been down or treated as only seasonal at this location. They don't like to refund pre-paid online orders, so instead of offering a comparable drink replacement option like a soda or bottle of water, they were pushing the Hershey's pie as a replacement. I was asked to pull to the side while they made the rest of my food fresh. When it was brought out, the lady told me a Hershey pie was given for my inconvenience of having to wait. I told her it was included because it was a replacement for my Icee I pre-purchased that wasn't available. When I got to the office, the pie looked and tasted off, so I didn't eat the rest of it. It looked like it was past expiration, but they just put a day sticker on it and not an actual date. It was a Monday and had a Friday sticker on it, but the glue on the box was already wore off on one side. Not sure if it was out of date or the refrigeration was going bad. It's sad as my OG chicken sandwiches were really good and the staff here is generally very nice, which you don't find much of elsewhere. I just wish they had a proper work environment that was up to code to be in.Previous: The staff here is wonderful and friendly. I do online ordering for the special offers now. When I pull up to the drive thru they find your online order and start it fresh. I wish they had the new blue cloud cotton candy drink online that was advertised on the drive thru sign though. It looks good.

Me and my husband visits this location all the time The mangers and crew has gotten so much better the environment has even improved Kiera keeps a great smile she’s made this place wonderful
