Arby's - Tucson

We were made to wait while they completed a drive-thru order, which took a long time. Unfortunately, they didn't prepare my order correctly - I asked for macaroni and cheese but received cheese instead. Additionally, they charged extra for lemonade without informing me until I questioned the price. One employee yelled while we were there, prompting me to inquire if everything was okay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the fish. Overall, we likely won't return to this restaurant.

I went to the drive-thru at 8:50pm and ordered jalapeño poppers, a medium curly fries, and a large beef and cheddar meal. I also asked for Arby's sauce to go with my meal, but was rudely told by the employee that they could only give me two packets. When I asked if I could purchase more because I like to use the sauce with my fries, I was told that they don't sell Arby's sauce with an attitude. The employee was difficult to understand while I was ordering. After being spoken to rudely, I waited in line for about 10 minutes behind one car and decided to go somewhere else for dinner. This was my first negative experience at an Arby's, despite having eaten there 10-15 times before. This visit on 7-17-2022 will be my last.

This restaurant is my favorite because they always get everything right. The food is always hot and the shake machine is always working properly. I ordered chicken fingers and they were so hot that I had to take a picture of them sizzling in the bag. I love having freshly cooked food! Additionally, I always ask for extra whipped cream on my shake and they always get it right. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey, but I keep coming back anyway. It would be nice to receive a coupon every now and then.

Faster service, cleaner place. our check-out lady was very friendly and friendly. I was glad that they had bagged each meal separately, a nice extra note.

Classic arby’s eating and prices. although, a bit surprised that their new deluxe wagyu burger sandwich only $7 to $10 depending on the location. I'm over and had her classic roast beef with cheese.
