Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches In Rita Ranch

Anna is truly terrible. She will yell at customers and mess up orders. More than 20 people have stated that they will never return to that restaurant.

I recently ordered some takeout from this restaurant and I was very impressed with the friendly and polite service provided by two young employees. Even though I didn't catch their names, they were very knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating to customers' requests. Their dedication to their jobs was evident in both my interactions with them and observing them as they worked. I was truly impressed by their excellent customer service. I hope the company acknowledges and rewards them for their hard work.

Pretty disappointing. They were out of bread bowls and gluten free bread. It was also a bit pricey for what you get. Elements of our meal weren’t fresh (brown avocado in sandwich, cucumbers in the salad were mushy and transparent). The two stars is for the cookies. We wouldn’t eat here again.

Sandwiches are ok. I had the veggie and didn't really care for it, there wasn't any real flavor to it. They need some type of spread or something. He had the chicken salad sandwich and that was much better. Had a side of pasta salad it was only meh. Over $30 for lunch which was too pricey.

Good food, over priced. I have seen paint dry faster than some of the people they have working here.No sense of urgency, watched a gut make my sandwich for 15 min going as slow as possible for a cold sandwich (I understand hot sandwiches need to be cooked). I was the only customer in the store.I hate to see how this place is when it's busy.
