Bruegger's Bagels - Tucson

I won’t be returning to this location. Every time I visit, I’ve encountered an issue with black hair in my food. It’s honestly disgusting to find hair tangled in my bagel and cream cheese! This is an ongoing cleanliness problem that needs to be addressed. Consider this a warning!

I will definitely be taking my business to the Broadway location from now on. The customer service here is consistently terrible, with no greetings at all—just a simple, "What do you need?" The bagels are stale, and I even found hair in the cream cheese. During my last visit, the staff started making my bagel but then took on three more orders, leaving me waiting at the counter for nine minutes (I counted). After someone else pointed out that I had been waiting patiently, they hastily put my order together and then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip, all while giving me a snarky look. This entire establishment needs either new management or better training.

I love this spot for picking up bagels! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a great selection of bagels, with my personal favorite being the onion bagel. In addition to bagels, they serve coffee, fountain drinks, and fresh-squeezed orange juice, which I almost always enjoy when I'm there. So far, this is the best place for bagels I’ve found in Tucson.

This particular location, had a really nice customer service person. The food made for good lunch fare. Depending on what you want to spend for a quick lunch was as expensive as any other place. It was quite tasty

Lots of places that sell bagels, but it is nice to find one with very consistent and delicious ones like you get here. So many bagel options and cream cheese topping choices. They also have bagel sandwiches which are great and fresh coffee and orange juice. Check for a ?free coffee? deal if you order on line. Also, nice fast and friendly staff. VictorB
