Domino's Pizza - Tucson

We placed an online order at 5 PM. Around 5:40 PM, they updated us about their driver to ensure they could maintain reasonable delivery times. When I called about 10 minutes later, they apologized and explained that the driver was on the way and was just returning to the restaurant. About 20 minutes later, we received a call saying our pizza was on the way. Our pizza finally arrived at 6:40 PM. The initial estimated delivery time was 40 minutes, which they adjust based on how busy they are. However, even accounting for the wait, an hour and 40 minutes is quite excessive.

By far, the best pizza I've ever had from Domino's! The service was incredibly fast, and the driver was wonderful. Thank you—it was absolutely delicious!

The service was friendly, the greetings were warm, and the pizza was ready right on time. I felt prepared to place my order. The staff was well-trained and efficient.

This review is especially for stephanie that I think the manager or the ladder of the layer. I ordered a pizza and my order was given to the wrong customer. I wasn't angry at all, but stephanie immediately solved the problem by reconfiguring my order. she also went beyond and beyond by giving me a free zimtbrot! if I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Had the knots n cheese dip. N a medium pizza. Was delicious. Nice job. N was only 18.00. Staff was professional n friendly. Good job team
