Dunkin' - Tucson

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate how child-friendly it is; I noticed children there, and they were treated with kindness and respect. Overall, it's a great place with fantastic people!

The coffee is good, but it really depends on who makes it that day, and they seem to be constantly inconsistent. Today, I received a soggy donut that felt like the bottom had been dipped in water. The texture was stretchy and rough, and I ultimately had to throw it away.

I visited the Dunkin' location at Valencia and Midvale, and I want to give a shout-out to a wonderful employee named Celina. She provides excellent customer service and always greets customers warmly. I really appreciate everything she does for us. Even while she was cleaning, she took the time to take my order and was friendly throughout. Thank you, Celina, for your dedication to your customers!

If I had this, I would. The coworkers and the owner are as clever as an idiot. they've screwed my own in the last three times, and I had to redeem them again, and the owner doesn't care.

I just left the drive thru very satisfied!! The lady working handed me my iced matcha latte and said I made it extra pretty . Starbucks matcha latte isn 't as good as Dunkin doughnuts matcha latte. She was very nice and respectful. I will definitely be coming back.
