The service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff are genuinely friendly and eager to assist. I've consistently been impressed by the level of service and the interactions I've had with everyone. However, I do find the atmosphere lacking, as the music is excessively loud.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, especially since it was my first visit. I ordered a caramel iced coffee, and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable—cheaper than Starbucks—and the quality of the coffee is excellent. They also have a drive-thru for quick orders, as well as a kiosk if you prefer to order and enjoy your drink with a friend. Overall, highly recommended!

The drinks here are consistently excellent, and the staff is amazing! They crafted a beautifully presented birthday drink for me, and it was exactly what I needed to brighten my day.

I visited last Wednesday for the promotion of four medium drinks for $15. I ordered an Islander, but I wasn't impressed with the flavor. The others in my group said their drinks were just okay as well.

It was very busy on a Friday afternoon, so I decided to skip the long drive-thru line and go up to the window instead. Unfortunately, the staff seemed more focused on chugging energy drink cans with their friends than prioritizing customer service during such a hectic time. I was quite disappointed.
