El Merendero - Tucson

This must be in the three best Mexican restaurants in tucson – if not the top! eating is as authentic as they can get. freshly made and a large selection on the menu. the personal is so friendly and helpful. I love this place! we've been there for seven years. never misses me

We had a pretty good experience. was not too crowded when we arrived, and the service was efficient, although we were not willing to order a minute after receiving menus! my wife was happy with crispy tacos, but I loved the enchiladas eduardo that had a naughty chipotle sauce that was the best dish in a week of eating in tucson. I'd go back to the court again. as it came a little later, the tables started to fill, and it looked like some had been waiting for her to eat. So when they go to prime time, they keep the expectations in line.

Super lively place that is somehow dirty and runs out with all the outside lights are burned out. but our waitress was great and eating was especially great for the price.

Eating is delicious! the service was on the spot! I can't wait to come back

Best Mexican food ever! they were so good. the fajitas, where great, came with a homemade tortilla. the chips and salsa were good. and the service, also great. we even loved dessert. dinner for two with dessert was under $40.
