Famous Sam's Sports Grill #17 - Tucson

The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The food is delicious, and the drinks are always served cold. There's usually some kind of game on, making it a fun spot to hang out. Overall, it's definitely a place worth visiting!

Service slow. Looked like only 2 employees on duty. Took a while to tab out. Went there specifically to watch NBA finals . It took someone after my request, 10 minutes to locate channel. Only 1 screen out of some 20 screens total featured the game . That seemed odd for a sports bar. I'll make other plans for game 6.

Went to have one of their"overstuffed"pastrami and cheese, with fries and pickle. I barely had pastrami on part of the sandwich, parts of the pastrami were burned no cheese, the fries were overcooked and the pickle was about the size of my pinky finger. If you want over stuffed do not go to this place. When Subway has pastrami they served more pastrami than this place does and better tasting. Don't waste your time

Greasy Spoon Galore: Not much fresh food (they do have generic salads though); poorly light indoors; the smell of cigarettes on the porch outdoors; and only greasy spoon options. If this appeals then, this is your place.
