Jack In The Box - Tucson

10/29/23. 11 people in cars waiting for food. I was 2nd in line. Still took over 30 minutes. 2 people working in store. No one was trained to do refunds. Everyone had to wait for manager to come in. Came home and burritos were poorly wrapped and cold. Just lost me for good. Only thing good was parking. Everyone could wait for orders together.

This Jack in the box has really stepped up their game. I don't know what they are doing different but since it opened it has gotten better and better. Recently though it has been spot on! Food hot fresh and fast, the staff always so nice.

I like Jack in the Box and I'm not afraid to say it. Sue me. If you say you don't like the tacos you're lying to yourself and should get help. Kind service. Cute decorations. I especially liked the random purple purse next to a lonely curly fry.

I just ordered through the drive through, drove all but 10 mins home, and my food is god awful. This was after being made to pull around and wait 15 ish minutes for my food from getting to the window and leaving with my food.I didn’t get what I ordered, the food was ice cold, and my sauces were missing. I figured I’d give this location another shot, and once again I am disappointed. If I could rate it zero I would.

It's a drive-thru, so service is limited to that. Staff is friendly.
