Jason's Mexican Food Thornydale

It took 30 minutes to get our order, for us to get our food, we were the only customers. when I asked if our order was ready the cashier said thatt there was a long line of orders on drive through, with no one in the reataurant and I could see when a car would go through the drive through, not true. Finally got or order, it was cold. Will NEVER return.

Cheese enchiladas were seriously in the top three of my best ever! Staff was friendly and accommodating.I will definitely return next time in Tucson.

I've been through the drive thru a few times now and I'm incredibly impressed with the customer service of the staff here! The manager, Sandra was so wonderful I thought she was the owner and today, Elizabeth helped me and she was also amazing! You just don't see service like this anymore and I want the owners to know that their staff stands out! And the food is great, too!! I will keep coming back!!

The lady was really nice, and the food wasn't bad. The horchata was pretty grainy/chunky and the tostada was soggy, but the flavor was good.Food: 3/5

Don’t bother! Tasteless burrito served in 50 degree seating area. Carne asada tasted like yesterday’s leftovers. So many better choices nearby.
