The delivery took almost 20 minutes, despite the fact that the store is only five minutes away from my workplace. So much for "freaky fast"! Additionally, I requested light ice, and it seems that meant they reduced the amount of soda I got, so I might as well have just ordered it normally. I paid for the "favorite," which is supposed to come with more meat, but if what I received is considered double meat, that's pretty disappointing. I won’t be ordering from any Jimmy John's again.
I stopped by to grab a quick sandwich for my son, who is quite the food enthusiast and can be a bit particular about his tastes. He ended up really enjoying his meal. The staff member there was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I visited the location near the Tucson Mall on Oracle Westmore. They had a decent selection on the menu, and I appreciated that they offered extra toppings at no additional cost, which is quite uncommon these days.
I had a great experience at Jimmy John's! I ordered online, and my husband picked it up promptly. I was pleasantly surprised to find a happy birthday message and a cute little drawing on my sandwich wrapper—it was such a thoughtful touch! The sandwich itself was delicious; I added ham, pickles, and some extra toppings, and it turned out just how I wanted. The regular/8-inch size is more than enough! Thank you, ladies, for your wonderful service!
Ordered my normal sandwich, and discovered there is no capicola on it?? When I asked why I was told there out of capicola, so they just double the other meat??? No sign up at register nobody bothered tell me... Absolutely terrible, when I asked about it I was told they doubled the salami...like if I wanted a pound of salami I would have just went to grocery store .. So if you decide to go to Jimmy John's make sure you ask if they have everything that goes on your order before you up pay, or you'll probably get ripped off too.
Unfortunately, one of the worst Jimmy John experiences I?ve had. Extremely slow to both take the order and make the food, and I can?t blame it entirely on the single staff member it seemed as though she was clearly very new and entirely alone. The food took about 20 minutes to get and was a very dry and stale sandwich. Definitely not worth the money and very unfortunate from an otherwise reliable chain.
