Little Caesars Pizza - Tucson

I've been going to this place for 4 years and I hate to sit a star because they served me well until tonight. I ALWAYS get exactly the same: Italian cheese bread with extra cheese, extra spice, cooked not crispy. In the last two weeks I have eaten this more than usual because I believed it and the last 5 times there was zero problem at all, but when I called to my order tonight, the manager said that because there was no button for extra seasons, he could not do that, he absolutely rejected. And then when I asked why this was possible 5 times in two weeks, he actually said that he must write down all these employees (which I feel so bad that they have to work with this guy! I told him I have no problem paying for it if he wanted to add a sauce or something like that and submit it (as everywhere in the world can! but he refused again and said again that if there is no button for it, they cannot do it. And he constantly used the worst excuse in customer service it's what company says ok so I understand it's a business and an additional sprinkle of spices over 4 years, MAYBE is worth a shaker against your bottom line so I'm sorry about it, but I really hope I'm listening to this review because I want to know HOW DO I GET THE DAMN BUTTON ADDED, so I could always ask Add a crazy sub-button Little Caesars, it's not that hard.

I had the worst experience here. I simply asked for three pepperoni pizzas one with pineapple. The cashier rung me up for all three with pepperoni. Since I was going to be waiting 10 minutes I asked if they could fix my order. The manager Jordon M. Said it was too much of a hassle to fix then canceled my order and told me I can go down the street to the other little ceasar?s since I was being ?rude? while I have three little hungry kids in the car. This guy literally has me amazed how badly he treated me as a customer. He should not be a manager coming from someone with management experience.

They never wait 15-20 minutes. zero pizzas ready to go and his always so. stop the ads hot and ready the other stalls are also so.

We had ordered an extra cheese and pfefferoni pizza for the execution when we opened the box, there were bald spots without cheese we went back directly and the coworker argued that there was additional cheese we argue with him to remake it and other customers had to remake in the conversation for him. Finally, he did the worst customer service ever!

The only small Cesar pizza are the worse pizza evereverytime I the best it is not the best because the pizza was not completely boiled and even more to sayghetto cesar in this city
