Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Tucson

This restaurant is a great spot for a quick meal. The menu is easy to navigate and can be customized to your liking. We were looking for vegetarian options and the staff graciously allowed us to modify our order. The food was fresh and not greasy. Overall, it's a good choice for a quick and satisfying meal.

Nice casual fast serving restaurant with great menu. Food is very tasty. Recently changed menu with cauliflower rice zoodle padthai is great for low carb and yet tasty. Concept of bento is very cool and you can choose from lot of options.

The food at this restaurant was very bland. I think they used minute rice for the rice dish. None of the dishes were enjoyable. Plus, the prices were high! It would be better to visit Panda Express instead. For authentic Asian cuisine, I recommend trying Asian Spice. They also offer great lunch specials for only $7.

Our party of 6 dined at the restaurant, with 3 of us receiving ample portions of food while 3 of us received mostly rice. One of us only had 4 pieces of chicken in their entree. When I inquired about the discrepancy in portion sizes, an employee explained that the appearance of more food was due to the inclusion of carrots and snap peas. Although the food tasted good, the inconsistency in portions and the unsatisfactory response from the employee made us not eager to return. However, after being contacted by a representative from Pei Wei who apologized for my experience, I was informed that steps were being taken to improve food preparation, customer service, and overall experience. Additionally, I was compensated for my meal. I have yet to revisit, but I am hopeful for a better experience next time.

Lunch today. The worst food ever. Salty. And too much gagging sauce. Will not return. Panda Express is better than this place.
