Peter Piper Pizza - Tucson

One of the best peter piper pizza buffets as far as pizza being made and served. The salad, not so much, dry and wilted. Dessert pizza fresh and perfect. Game room had nice options for teens.

Pizza was great. Gaming was bad. We just held my son's 7th birthday with Peter Piper. We had some parties in the past, but this was unfortunately our last time. Our main problem was with the new Funpass card system. When we booked the party, it was still the token system but at some point between the booking and our arrival it had switched to fun pass cards. We had many children between 5-7 years. It is much easier for them to conceptualize how much the game costs when they are handed over a small cup with a series of tokens. Several children ran out of money on their cards within the first 10 minutes because they only repeatedly tapped their card on a game to drain their card to play a single game only once. Once we realized why their cards were suddenly empty, we brought them to the attention of an employee and asked if there was a way to reload the cards. She was apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. We spent $240 at this party, and a big piece of it was immediately gone because the system for games in a children's restaurant was too confusing for these kids. The card system works in a place like Dave Busters, because adults understand the concept of cards, but small children need to see the tangible tokens to understand how much each game is, how much to spend to play a game, and when they are out of money. Our other main thing was that the carousel was shut off and had apparently stopped for months. I heard an employee told another client that it would be out for at least another month. Really? We had several preschool children in our group who were really sad. We have enjoyed our parties there in the past, but will not return. Horrible service. Registers were down, and none of the workers acknowledged we were standing waiting to order. Finally we asked and they told us that we had to go to the pickup area to order. Did not receive the ranch I had ordered and had to go ask to get it. There were no straws and the soda area was filthy. So many workers standing around not helping with any of the customers waiting in line or directing them to the right area. Horrible experience.

Terrible we asked for a California veggie pizza with cheese on one side they gave us half veggie and cheese on both sides then we got a remake and they only put sauce nothing else got so mad we just left.

Every year we choose this location for my sons Birthday Party!! They always treat us so well and extra friendly, especially Kathy great management skills, and remembers us all the each year.
