Rincon Mountain Grill - Tucson

We visited this restaurant with a group of 19 motorcycle riders and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had made reservations a week in advance, and the staff were exceptional. Despite our large group, the food was served in a timely manner, hot, and delicious. We were truly impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely be returning. Thank you!

The waiter seemed indifferent and was slacking when he finally came over to our table. The place wasn't even busy, which made the wait time all the more confusing. It's clear they have removed a lot of items from their menu for a reason. I won't be returning. There's another bar down the road, Yardbird, that was bustling with customers—definitely a better choice. If only I had read the reviews before going to Rincon Grill! They clearly don’t care about their service or quality. I believe the staff should be replaced based on their performance. I have some straightforward suggestions for improvement, but it’s clear they’re not interested. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food was just okay. While the parking, seating, and service were all commendable, the quality of the food didn’t quite match. We began our meal with pretzels and beer cheese. The pretzels were tasty, but the cheese was chunky and served cold. I ordered a pizza, which was drenched in oil. Every time I took a slice from the pan, I noticed it was swimming in grease—something I’ve never experienced in Tucson before. On a positive note, our waiter was excellent: attentive and helpful. However, I wouldn't choose to come back unless I hear they've revised or simplified their menu.

It resembles a fine dining restaurant, but it doesn't quite deliver. The atmosphere was quite noisy, and the food was disappointing.
