Sonic Drive-in - Tucson

Breakfast burritos were good. came also with salsa! service was fast and friendly and they were happy to offer me and my daughter with free water. we actually sat on one of the terrace tables and ate, instead of eating in the car. patio and tables were clean and free of rubbish. definitiw a well kept sonic.

So glad sonic is still there, too bad are they no longer on roller shoes that made fun! best fast eating from all other

I think it was the manager who helped me I wish I knew her name. I ordered a number 9 and it was kind size so i came and asked If I could get a number 10 instead. She said normally we don't do that but I will help you fee of charge. Came out within seconds with my.nymber 10 and wouldn't take my tio. She was so nice.

Food is great. But orders for chili cheese fries need to be More varied in size.S,M, L are almost the same. Service was great when we went drove in one night. So I was surprised on Sept. 21st around 730pm we went through the drive thru the speaker the woman Melissa was kind of rude. She needs to work on her customer service Learn how to speak BACK to the customers because she didn't talk to Or acknowledge us at All except for taking our actual order. We're humans. Humans interact. She Didn't even do that a Tiny bit. If you Work in customer service you Need to Have Good customer service. Im not trying to be harsh, but its the truth. That's all. I feel there's always room for improvement. For sure.

Food was good. I.ordered too fast for them though...had to fix my order. It was hot the server was extremely nice. Sketchy part of town to be in@night-I suggest parking up near the front where the lights are/staff can see you.
