Starbucks - Tucson

It's a great spot to charge up your devices. The pumpkin latte cold brew is tasty. However, my bagel was so hard that it was difficult to chew. On the bright side, my partner enjoyed their meal, and our last visit had better food. Overall, I'd give it a rating of 3 out of 5.

I 'm not sure how you can confuse a hot latte and a Frappuccino .... Or how you can make a Frappuccino that is not sweet at all... but this place knows how. Plus! Added bonus.., when you tell them they completely got your order wrong, they will argue with you. So yeah, if you want that experience, by All means check this one out. Update... the fixed latte we got was just hot milk. Haha

Terribly disappointed to walk in with 2 huge barking hair shaking dogs. They are dirty and shaking their hair around in an establishment that is serving food and drinks? This is highly unsanitary. Why can’t dogs be let at outside tables? People have allergies and it’s just plain disrespectful to customers allowing animals to be inside where their food and drinks are being served. Have some respect for your the majority of your customers.

The drinks are always excellent. However, when I arrived, I was served a stale or overcooked croissant. They were very apologetic about it and promptly replaced it!

This is the best drive-thru in the city! They consistently provide outstanding customer service, and the best part is that every drink I've ordered from this place is delicious. I've never received a drink that didn't taste great; they're always spot on with their creations. Plus, they don't keep you waiting long in the drive-thru, which I really appreciate about this location. Thank you for doing an excellent job every day!
