Starbucks - Tucson

Last three times I came to this starstarucks, I was late to work, no matter how much earlier I come every time. be ready to spend 20-25 minutes ordering and get her coffee. there is nothing against the personal, but often there are only 1 person who perform and make the coffee.

I am very annoyed with this dieucks on st. mary’s in the safeway. there is always a long wait for her order and wait for her coffee is much longer. I heard how people over the time it takes to take their order and especially to free them. there was only one barista working this morning between 7-730 clock, and I felt really bad for her. She took orders and made the coffee. she seemed stressed and had no help at all. After, some minutes I got my coffee and it wasn't what I expected and tasted blanching. I do not blame the barista, but the personal and management for the ill schieduling.

We stopped at this dieucks and the barista explained that I never made a macchiato she went to make two macchiatos and they were exquisite bravo to the barista and have a wonderful day

Excellent customer service. Made me a new created coffee not on the menu
