Starbucks - Tucson

We recently visited this Starbucks and had a fantastic experience. The Barista kindly informed us that she had never made a macchiato before, but still made two perfect macchiatos for us. They were absolutely delicious! Kudos to the barista for a job well done. Have a great day!

I had a fantastic time at this Starbucks location today. It is inside the St. Mary's Safeway. I ordered a Midnight Mint Frappuccino for myself and a strawberry smoothie for my partner. The barista even made a mini frappuccino for her using the leftover Midnight Mint in the blender for her to sample. They were made the drinks perfectly and the staff were friendly and cheerful. It was a great experience. Sometimes Starbucks can feel repetitive because there are so many locations and people visit them frequently, but this visit was actually enjoyable. We will definitely come back for another coffee treat when we can!

The restaurant is clean and efficient, with decent service. However, depending on the staff on shift, the service can vary from pleasant to feeling like an assembly line. If you don't mind receiving a colder reception while placing your order, you may enjoy it here. But if you prefer friendly service with a smile, you may want to consider dining elsewhere. It is worth noting that the restaurant can get very busy, particularly during early to mid-morning, lunchtime, and late afternoon, and occasionally in the evening.

Last three times I came to this starstarucks, I was late to work, no matter how much earlier I come every time. be ready to spend 20-25 minutes ordering and get her coffee. there is nothing against the personal, but often there are only 1 person who perform and make the coffee.

I am very annoyed with this dieucks on st. mary’s in the safeway. there is always a long wait for her order and wait for her coffee is much longer. I heard how people over the time it takes to take their order and especially to free them. there was only one barista working this morning between 7-730 clock, and I felt really bad for her. She took orders and made the coffee. she seemed stressed and had no help at all. After, some minutes I got my coffee and it wasn't what I expected and tasted blanching. I do not blame the barista, but the personal and management for the ill schieduling.
