Contribuisci feedbackSix of us went to have breakfast/lunch together. Unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. After placing our orders, we had to wait a long time before our meals arrived. One dish was not prepared as requested - it was supposed to be toasted but came out soggy. After returning it to be toasted, it finally came out correctly. Five out of the six of us received our meals, but one person had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to find out their meal hadn't even been cooked yet. The waiter was understanding and helped with reordering. The atmosphere felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant, and as a result, we do not plan on returning.
We ordered 2 martinis at the restaurant. The chocolate martini was not good, just chocolate syrup mixed with vodka. The regular martini was served in a glass that was chipped, and the replacement glass was also chipped. We decided not to order another drink. The service was very slow and the food was just okay. Considering this restaurant is supposed to be upscale, it did not meet our expectations.
I was not informed that breakfast would be ending at 11 am. I had made reservations for 10:45 and was informed that I could only order from the brunch menu. The eggs were watery and the bagels were stale. The sausage patties were also not tasty.
We had lovely service and it looks like they comped us for my friends birthday on the beverages. Lovely setting. Loud ppp music at the pool(8 am Sunday) spilled over and had a negative impact on the ambience, same with valet and music
The host did not give us credit for the reservation. Can it be corrected so I get the points?
