Sundance Cafe At El Conquistador Resort

The service at this restaurant was lacking, with the server making errors on our orders. The food was average at best, and the coffee was particularly bad. The prices were high for what we received. It would be better to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Great way to start the day! Sitting on the patio watching the birds and sipping coffee. Great selection of breakfast choices too.

The food at this restaurant is delightful, with large portions and a unique menu. The chef kindly accommodated my aversion to cilantro. Our waitress, Sammara, was welcoming and attentive, addressing all our inquiries. She displayed great patience with my stepmother, who found the menu confusing and changed her order multiple times.

While it has a small menu, it is well worth a visit, The staff, the food, and the prices all combine to insure a most pleasant dining experience. This can get rather busy, therefore, if possible, it is a good idea to make a reservation.

We ate breakfast there several days during our stay at El Conquistador Hilton and we were always impressed. Try the huevoes rancheros for a delicious meal or the fantastic buffet. The homemade granola is out of this world!
