Taco Bell - Tucson

Very frustrated with the service at this location. It’s now been the last several times I’ve visited this location through the drive through to pick up a moble order through the app they are pushing and my order is wrong. Missing items, items made wrong, items ordered off the vegetarian menu having meat in them. It’s more reliable that my food will be made incorrect then the chance of everything made properly at this location. Tonight I spent $8 and $1 of it was made properly. I will not be returning to this location. If you’re in oro valley drive to the one further up oracle don’t go to this location unless you want wrong food and missing items.

Almost always quick and accurate. We usually have to customize our order a little (we use the app to make it easier) and they generally get it right. The employees at this location are always very polite.

I understand that the manager is trying their best with the staff they have but the order i just got was wrong again. It always is. We even double checked it before we left, I got a crunchwrap Supreme with extra meat and no tomatoes and no sour cream what I got was no lettuce very little meat and I had to chop my own lettuce. I am not going back anymore. My boyfriend always has to go back because for some reason they always forget my cinnoman twists. also the food was cold. Extremely disappointed. Edit: all the food we got was extremely cold and everything tasted STALE and my cinnoman twists were crushed up in a bag :c

I've tried nearly every Taco Bell in the area, and this one is by far my favorite. My orders are consistently accurate, the ingredients are always fresh, and the Pepsi is just right. Most importantly, the staff is always friendly. I've never encountered rudeness here, and I never feel rushed. They kindly ask for donations to their cause and always make me feel valued when I leave. I truly appreciate that! It's unfortunate, but genuine customer service seems rare these days. I will always make an effort to visit your location because you guys are the best, and I want my money to support you. Thank you all! Keep up the fantastic work!

I marked my vegetarian daughter's black bean crunch wrap, but it had meat in it! She didn't notice until she was nearly halfway through, and it made her sick for 24 hours. If you're going to offer vegetarian options, please ensure that your staff doesn't mix them up so carelessly!
