Viva Burrito - Tucson

Amazing breakfast burrito ?....been going almost every weekend since iv been with my girlfriend from tuscon .

My husband and I go here quite often usually several times a month Maybe in the morning the staff is amazingly great fast efficient knowledgeable I found in the several times that we have gone in the afternoon the staff is very unprofessional very rude and does not want to do their job and that was shown today when the lady came over the loudspeaker to announce they had to reboot their system and then just disappeared now I'm thinking only a couple minutes just sit there and wait for a few minutes to order then she gets back on really rudely and tells me did you hear me our systems are down and I was like okay I can wait like you're going to wait 25 minutes mind you there is a car in front of me screwing around talking to the cashier my guess is she just wanted to sit around get paid and not do her job because it does not take a fast food place 25 minutes to reboot a system so if I were you I would honestly if you're going to go to this location try and make it in the morning.

The lady cooking is an absolute B word. Never had someone be so miserable

I don't know what has happened to this Viva, it has slowly been declining over time. I always picked up at least once a week for years, (single mom) but things have changed, the food is not fresh, the service is poor. The cashier tonight was screaming into her mic, laughing and messing around, it was clear the staff was playing around. I can't support this place anymore. Customer service really needs to turn around. 08-04-23 8:30pm.
