Contribuisci feedbackI went through the drive-thru and found the food to be cold. The employees were too preoccupied with talking about their personal lives, with the window open. This is just my personal opinion. Despite the food being good when hot, the employees weren't very engaging this time. Perhaps they were just having a bad day, I'm not sure.
I don't even want to give this restaurant one star. Our order was incorrect, my burger looked like someone had taken a bite out of it, the fries were still frozen, and the service was rude. When I called to speak with Sergio, the manager, he treated the situation as a joke. Regardless of whether it's a drive-thru or a five-star restaurant, customers should be treated with respect. The drive-thru employee and the manager should not dismiss complaints or laugh at customers. In my case, my order was completely wrong - I had ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, not a Baconator with a burger that looked partially eaten and frozen fries.
The beef patties were dry and should have been thrown out. The chicken patties were cold. The fries seemed to have been reheated in hot grease to make them seem fresh. The cookies were over baked and crumbled before they could be eaten. I used to enjoy this restaurant, but after my last visit, it will be my last. I had children with me and the staff clearly ignored food safety protocols.
Went thru drive thru didn?t check my bag. My burger had no chicken , when I got home.
Dave's Single Burger always good. This Wendy's is regularly better than the one by Campus! New peppermint frosty was interesting, better than the strawberry one.
