Whataburger - Tucson

Did not get to order, was sitting in drive thru, whoever was working the drive thru on 8/31/22 at 10pm left me on the intercom and never acknowledged that I was waiting there for 20 min. Was constantly saying hello to get their attention but they never responded. After I turn around to leave the drive thru, I hear her taking the order of the person that was behind me. Incredibly disrespectful and rude. I included the time and date so that if management sees this, they can remedy the situation.

What's not to love about Whataburger?Abit pricey but solid eatz. Not up to pair with the ones in Texas but don't be fooled into thinking they aren't good.Favorite Combo has got to be the Chicken Tender with the cream gravy. Gooooooood eatz~The location is open 24/7 but the area it's located has become a bit sketchy so bear that in mind to lock up your car. The drive thru can also take a long time but that's a normal Whataburger thing so not even an issue.Overall definitely a good spot for a meal/lunch despite higher average prices.

Love this place. When I lived in alabama they have one place in opelika and went there all the time. Best burger and even better than home made.

Had the Hatch Green Chili burger. Astounded! This is a chain, right? Since when does a chain use really big hunks of truly well-roasted chili? It was more like I 'd stopped in Hatch at Sparky 's. Delicious. But that 's not what prompts me to offer a review; it is an employee: Debra P it said on my receipt and others were calling her Debra, so I 'm guessing... She was a joy to watch: a perpetual motion machine without a wasted motion, always smiling and offering a greeting (not the kind that is read from a training script, but a genuine welcome). As she would be completing one task, she was already headed to the next. Store manager, triple her pay because it looks like she 's putting out the work of at least three ordinary staffers. Thanks for making my day, Debra.
