Friendly, kind staff, refreshing beverages. The crew here especially took good care of me while playing the Easter Bunny at Southcenter Mall. So appreciated it! (That suit is hot!)Food: 4/5

Worker was in the back room never came out. I called the phone, she didn 't answer, finally yelled "hellooo? "She came storming out saying, "Look, I told you I would be with you! it 's gonna be a few minutes. "Well she never told us cause we were new customers, so we left.

Was holiday shopping and passed by this boba shop a few times and saw each time there was quite a few people. My siblings and I decided to try it and it ended up being super worth it! Prices are good and the crew was very friendly and patient, even offering recommendations! We received our order pretty quickly as well and the boba is so fresh and chewy. Also check out their little display cups, super cute!

I swear I been waiting here for at least 15min. No came out to check to even see if there was a customer out front!!! Everyday I give them a chance and everyday they FAIL ME BIG TIME!!! Tea is good if you want to wait 15-20min for them to come out from the back...ugh just go to Starbucks or the tea place by JCPennys

This restaurant serves the best bubble tea in Washington State, no doubt about it. I have always received excellent service and delicious drinks whenever I visit.
