This was the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. They completely ignored our order and lacked any manners. When we asked a question, they had the audacity to roll their eyes and ignore us. The customer service was atrocious. I would rate it lower than 1 star if possible. If you're looking for good boba and a pleasant time, I suggest finding a different place with better service.

I don't understand the complaints about the service. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. This has always been my go-to spot for boba, and I'm sure it will continue to be. They have a great selection of drinks and a spacious area to relax in. The criticisms of the staff are unfounded and unfair, considering how hard they work in a busy environment. If you're looking for a reliable boba spot, this is definitely worth checking out and supporting.

The bubble tea is quite tasty and the atmosphere is not bad for hanging out.

I'm obsessed. that's one of my favorite Boba place ever. I can tell them how the business looks, decorate from the front to the back, it looks very aesthetic and pleasant place to hang w/ friends and family. happy qq milk tee is my favorite drink here, it comes w/ 6 different types of beats that make the drink still good. the drink comes very fast and beautiful. especially, I came tonight (01/15/22) customer service cannot make me disappoint. in any case comes back and try more drinks. 100% recommended.

My favorite place for Bubble Tea, Tea and toppings are very tasty. I ordered a Mango and Passion fruit green tea it was sooo good!!! Very yummy, and the staffs were super sweet. I love share tea ? I would recommended
