Here's a fork for scale. And it is 4 dollars each, definitely pricey. My friend also commented that the pupusas are bland. The service was bad, even for a food truck. They have no knives, and a lot of drink options were not available. They explicitly stated on a sign that they have hot chocolate, coffee, and tea, but they had NONE.Pupusas la Sabrosa no tiene nada.
Omg, these were some of the best pupusas I've ever had! For a food truck, we were blown away! Delicious, very much reminded me of when I was growing up, the Salvadoran kid in me is always excited to try anything Salvadoran related in the valley. The service can take a few minutes, but worth every minute of waiting! Each pupusa is made by hand and quality ingredients, the salsa, the cortido are all must try! The ambiance, what else can I say? At the foot of Sequoia National Park, right along the river, with plenty of outdoor seating and nestled next to a brewery, might as well be heaven! Delicious!
Super delicious and the people who serve are very friendly.
We stopped here on our way down from sequoia park and it was delicious. I've tried multiple spots for pupusas and they all disappoint. This place is really good and worth the price. I do recommend getting more because they are served alone and not with any sides besides cabbage and salsa. Service was good and food was freshly made. I also tried their asada tacos and that was good as well. The patio has many tables and you get a view of the river as well. Overall great place to eat
Parked in the outdoor dining section of Three Rivers Brewery is Pupusas la Sabrosa. The seating area is pleasant and shaded by trees and surrounded by greenery. The river can be seen and heard right below. These pupusas remind me of homemade ones, they are delicious and super fresh made to order. My favorite is the pork and cheese but the jalapeño and cheese is good if you're looking for a vegetarian option. The cabbage slaw is a must as well as the sauce which both come with your order. We tried the asada quesadilla and they were great as well. The service is great as well, they are always very friendly and you're given a buzzer so you can wait at your table until the foods ready. It can be a bit of a wait but it's worth it for the fresh food so I recommend ordering sooner than later.
