I went today for the birria de chivo en caldo, it was delicious. also very important is the hand made tortillas, this is the only place where they actually find a good tortillera for the job, they are soft and so good. the type makes everything the salsas are really good! shows one of the best places for birria in central valley. I can almost guarantee that everything in the menu is just as good. highly recommended, I will definitely be back!
Beautiful people, beautiful restaurant and excellent food! everything I have eaten here was very good and full. They have homemade tortillas and salsas that are soooos addicted! the meat and the sweet are fresh and have a great color, taste and texture. the portion size is generous, also for a man size bauch, and they check them to see the right pace to do, and if they need a refill of their drink. I usually get the mexiko Coca-Cola made, so I order a second if I'm really thirsty. the personal is pleasant and professional. even during the covid they obeyed the rules and only opened when they are authorized. that made it hard for us to eat here often, but I'm sure it was the best for all citizens. they often clean and follow the state protocol that is a great example! I have always received a wonderful service and expected that I will continue to eat here when I come through the city. edit: the menu has a large selection with many meals. I did not mention at my previous review that this restaurant (in the rule) has a HUGE treatment/beauty department at the check-out area. my favorite look is the crispy peanut butter cookie. - Yes!
Bark meat and black tacos tasted as if they needed several days of frying and spice and care. the tortillas were so light and soft I felt as if I could still see the fingerprints of the people who etched them in a soft teig.
Came here on Saturday morning. easy to find the 99 at k st. restaurant was not packed when I arrived at 9:30 there, but I was busy when I left at 11:00 clock. they sit and are immediately served by a waitress that brings them chips and salsa. find the green salsa really! I ordered a birria de chivo with a horchata. the bowl really got out fast. the portion size is very generous and very warm. perfect for a crisp morning. they also serve handmade tortillas. the birria broth was really good and the meat portions were also a good size. not too wild when they care about this taste. the horchata was also good. Overall, I recommend that you come to her breakfast here. in any case they want to try the rest of the menu. looks very promising.
Absolutely delicious The small Birria bowl is very filling, the ingredients are fresh, and the tortillas are handmade.
