Grand Star Buffet - Tulare

Good. Been here since the first day it opened its been a blast.Update: they keep tipping themselves 10% on top of what you pay. Horrible food now. Some food rotten. This place changed a lot.

Nasty, the food was cold and tasted like old oily dish rags. Very disappointed but the staff was very sweet I just didn’t like the food

The food had clearly sat there for hours without being changed out. The chicken here was soggy and slimy, the rice tasted like chewy burnt plastic and the sushi was awful and had also been sitting out for hours. Don’t waste your money here.Disgusting.

Ordered to go. Prices were awesome. Service was great, kung pao could have been a little more spicy but overall a good experience. The atmosphere inside looked wonderful and the variety of food looked amazing

I 'm not from around the area, and maybe it 's because it 's a small place and that 's the only Chinese place people around here have ever been to but the food was just absolutely terrible, and I say that with no disrespect, I even tipped in good faith. I don 't care about the service I 'm not there to be worshipped but service was good.The only thing that tasted authentic was my orange Fanta soda.I 've been to tons of Asian buffet and this was by far the worst food in taste and quality. Everything almost tasted like oil, the fried rice had no flavor unless you consider cooking oil a flavor, the meat I don 't even know what that was. Their place was open at 11 and I got there around 11:30 and alot of the food wasn 't even ready for serving. I 'm not mad at them I 'm just surprised how with a straight face they 're able to serve those dishes knowing how terrible the quality and taste is.Also if you see other good reviews with the word phenomenal in it, it 's a fake review
