The chicken spring rolls are bomb! My fave. Everything else is delicious and is served by a friendly courteous staff.
Sushi and pho are delightful and worth every penny. You definitely must try. Honestly, it's hard to get good pho around here, and Tokyo Place definitely made one of the best in Tulare.
It has been my place to get sushi and pho since for ever. Love the atmosphere love the service just a great place all around.
Love the sushi here and the fry rice mix with beef and chicken with shrimp
