Big Al's Health Foods - Tulsa

Great food and atmosphere. If your looking for a little golden nugget of a place this is it. The staff are very knowledgeable and quick. They seem to all know their menu and can customize your order to your taste buds. The only rough thing with this place is their parking and I'm not docking them for it as they can't help it. Please don't let this be a reason not to try though. You will love it. If you don't, shame on you. Lol no I promise you will be impressed. They have been there since I was a little boy and I'm 41 now. They were Healthy before Healthy became popular. Vegan friendly.

Love this place. Super clean and they have all the best healthy stuff you could ever think of. The kitchen staff are awesome and always do such a good job. We're lucky to have a place like this in Tulsa. Wish there were more locations.

Great place! Forget about the chains, this is the better, local choice! And gluten free options!

The avocado delight wrap is my go to option. I love the hummus wrap and also the burrito supreme also. They are willing to omit or add items as requested. I don't care for sprouts on my orders and they are careful to remove them. They have very good vegan and non vegan cookie options. This place has gotten better than I can every remember. What a good spot!!!

The Tuscan Turkey sandwich or wrap are delicious. I also enjoy their hummas and vegan cookies they have sometimes. The staff always recognizes me and remembers my food allergies.
