Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Tulsa

Everything is very clean, the staff is very attentive, they do not entertain you. I recommend it, it is a place to bring the family or just one.

First, we forgot to order an item and was told we could not order it at the window and we would have to go back around and order it. NOT! Then we had to pull around and wait for our order. They were not that busy and had numerous employees. We were not the only ones waiting for our orders either. We will NOT go back.

Was in ice cream line, and no one waited on us. Three other customers came up while we waited and were given service.

Ordered a banana split. Wow was it more than I thought it would be. Couldn't finish but it sure was

They didn't add something to my order I didn't catch it until I was getting my food. Was told they can't add anything at the window so I had to go around wait in line
