Always busy during the lunch hour. You will wait inside and out. The management has done a pretty good job of coping. Sometime during a busy lunch hour there will be a staff member taking orders down the line outside.

After multiple bad experiences, I believe the drive-through customer service at this location is extremely unprofessional: poor communication, very slow, rude, and generally uncaring about the customer. Yesterday my total was I handed the cashier They responded Go now I paused and then said but you owe me change. They grimaced, turned away for a few moments, then turned back gasping How much is the change I say cents Suddenly a manager emerges and says What's the problem I attempt to explain. She interrupts saying Actually you are short I politely insist I gave the correct amount. She tells me to leave. I say no, not until she either gives me my back or the foodfor which I paid. I did get the food, but I will not return. Cherry street resident
