Rib Crib Bbq Grill - Tulsa

I want to give this location 5 stars, and normally I would, given that almost everyone staffed there is kind and competent, and the food rocks!! However, the quality of service has gone down significantly since they hired one specific person. I’m not sure what his name is, but he has short dark hair, thick-rimmed glasses, and wouldn’t know how to fulfill an order properly if his life depended on it. Any time it’s him helping me, my order either isnt gonna be right and/or I have to ask him for the drink that comes with my order because he can never remember it. Today, he gave the order I came to pick up to the completely wrong person which left the staff scrambling to make a whole new order. It’s a shame that everyone else has to stress out in order to pick up ONE PERSON’S slack.

Justin was all by himself today and he absolutely made us feel like the only people in the restaurant. He didn't absolutely fantastic job and waited on multiple tables without us ever. One having to ask for anything. That young man is an amazing person and one of the best servers we have had at that location. The food was delicious too

Me my kids were passing through and loved the BBQ!! The mother lode was very tasty though not too big. Service was great, very attentive. Definitely would go back when in Tulsa!

I’ve only done pickup orders from this place but the inside of the store is clean and the workers are friendly!

I've never been to this place before. It was just good if not better than others. the service was great.
