Siegi's Sausage Factory - Tulsa

I started feeling unwell about 30 minutes after eating here. I suspect they use MSG in their side dishes. I don't think I'll be coming back. I was part of a large group, so perhaps the experience would be better if you dine alone and aren't sensitive to MSG.

We had lunch at the restaurant today, August 8, 2024, and it was enjoyable. We both ordered two different kinds of sausages, along with sauerkraut and hot potato salad, which came with a side of brown mustard. I'm really glad we decided to go. German cuisine is quite different from what I'm used to, and it felt great to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new. I also had a German beer, which was excellent. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

The restaurant features an extensive menu of German cuisine along with a selection of draft beers. There is also a grocery section nearby.

Love this place. Food is very authentic. The service is a miss more often than a hit, but still love going there.

This place is awesome. food is excellent and their little grocery store has prices on par with Reasors but better quality. love love love this place.
