Taco Bell - Tulsa

There's something sketchy going on at this location. Last week I tried 4 different days to get food here. Every time I went it was between noon and 5 PM. Never got any food. Three times I was told their system is down and once I was told We're closed cause we be runnin' out of stuff Today I was told that their system is down again. I parked and decided to watch for a few minutes. Soon a car comes up to the drive thru and gets food and a drink. 2 more cars come; the first one drives away and the second one gets food. Also witnessed an employee use the drive thru window to put a plastic bag full of something on the ground but then noticed I was watching so pulled the bag back in through the window. Seems like these employees just don't want to work and are up to no good anyway. I will not be back to this location anytime soon. Think I'll give it a couple of months and hope they have an all new crew.

My food was good, and service, drive-thru, was tooOrdered the nacho fries, but with sour cream....got cheese. It clearly shows on my receipt.And my order last week was subpar. Also had issues ordering on the app, like my early access. Didn't get any.

Crunchy Tacos Supreme had plenty of meat with a touch of sour cream, a whiff of cheese, and plenty of lettuce and diced tomatoes. Drive through window didn't give my drink and I didn't notice until after my meal!

They service is müll and they are unrespectful rude and stingy with the cheese in the acidic looked with everything they have no respect for nobody in the night shift is really bad, they all have to fire and get new employees? but this is not all that it seems that they like to play with people and act as if we summarize them.

The employees here for the most part work slow, takes a few minutes for them just to greet you at the front counter, then take my order. They are hardly ever open on time, many of my online orders in the morning are canceled... the opener will arrive just to sit inside turn everything on as if open.... but will not answer the drive through or answer the window. I love taco bell but this place sucks.
