TGI FRIDAYS - Tulsa (Southroads Village)

I made a reservation at TGIF for 8:15 pm but upon arriving at the restaurant at 8:05 pm, I found it dark with a fence around it. After driving across the city, we ended up at Applebees where we learned that the TGIF location at Southroads had been destroyed by a tornado last summer. We were disappointed to miss our planned dinner and ended up going home. This experience with Open Table, who had made the reservation for us months ago, was very frustrating. It made me question whether Open Table communicates with TGIF restaurants. In the future, I would still consider dining at TGIF but I would not use the Open Table reservation system.

Service was terrible could not get refills for always made for service reservation and still got a table on time

We had a new server that was in training. we could say he was nervous, but he did a great job.

Avoid this place! The server was rude to my children and the food was terrible. Definitely not worth visiting.
