The food is excellent, and the service is prompt. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a laid-back atmosphere.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding; the meats are tender and perfectly marinated. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The counter staff often appears distracted, frequently using their phones, which slows down the ordering process. While the waitstaff is prompt, they can be a bit rowdy, which disrupts the otherwise soothing atmosphere. Moreover, the volume of the singer and the music should be toned down, as it forces diners to raise their voices to have a conversation. I recommend offering better training for your staff, as those at the counter should prioritize efficiency. Overall, I had a great meal despite the service issues.
