Subway - Tumbler Ridge

Soon I walked in ,Asian with glasses ,gave rotten look ,barely there 1 minute, she was super inpatient, put here hands on her hips and motioned,like I was taking to long ,I was there less then a min,super rude ,never go back said to her that's why no one comes here ,she gave me dirty look ,walked out.need someone else to manage that place ,too bad I'm a diabetic, love subways

Buisness hours are wrong. Been here twice when it was 'open ' to get here and it is closed.

2nd time earing here in two weeks, both times service was unprofessional and uncaring. Yeah I know it's fast food in a very small town but the Asian women who was working there both times is unpleasant. Short on meats (bacon both times) and the veggies are gross, brown lettuce and green tomatoes. Don't even think about asking for anything special. Won't be wasting my money here again

5 years ago I had given this place, my hometown subway, a 5 star review... however.. since the new owner... I have refused to eat here, as have 90% of tumbler ridge.The food is food the customer service from the manager is 0 stars. She is absolutely horrendous. She is cold, vile and down right rude.Its pretty bad when tourist come on the tumbler ridge fb pages and complain about the customer service they 've received there from her.Its even worse when the going tumbler ridge joke is I 'm craving subway, i wonder who 's working?

We went to eat at this subway on July 29 2023 at 1:52pm PST. Food was ok, no complaint there. Service was very bad though. The person seemed to be in a rush to take our orders and was not friendly at all. Also we had to clean the table before eating there as it was not clean.
