Great place to experience Micronesia culture, dance, and music. Reasonably priced and with a 15% military discount, even better. All the lobster tails, shrimp, mussels, chicken and short ribs you could eat plus salad bar, fruit, soup and deserts. Short ribs a bit tough and fatty, but the rest of the meal well worth it. More expensive and bigger options on the beach, but this show at the Hilton more than exceeded my expectations and the food and service as well. Don’t spend $30-40 pp more elsewhere.

My first trip to Roy 's after living almost 23 years on island. The ambiance was nice, but was not impressed by the food quality and taste. Steak was overcooked and tough, lobster tail was rubbery and tasteless. Service was very good, and they lived up to the hype of their advertised Perfect Rob Roy . Good wine selection. We were early diners, but the noise level rose as more diners came in including a child 's birthday party. I 'd go again, but would definitely try something away from the Surf Turf menu. Plenty of places on island that do a much better job.

Out of the three course lunch, only the appetizer (sushi) and chocolate crunch was good. Tasted the same as always. Although the main course, steak of the day, looked the same. It did not taste the same. Quality of the meat was not worthy of being served at Roy’s. Disappointing. Service was very good.
