The Brick On Trosper - Tumwater

Beautiful bar atmosphere with great food an employee! The first time we landed on the bar side of the establishment, but still had excellent time!

Food was cold and soggy especially the fries. Could not take more than a couple bites. They have a small portable handheld payment system that the waitress brings to your table. Our waitress gave us the device and stared at me as I inputted the tip and was given the option to choose “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” for overall experience. She stood right in front of me and watched. It was extremely uncomfortable and we will not be back.

My lady took her brother out for brunch had the worst service. She even had to explain to them why the rude incompetent server didn't receive her 20% gratuity she generously hands out. Not going to go into details, but if the owner would like to contact us back to mediate between the server, my lady her brother. Well it not would only prove the poor nature image the owner or establishment that it holds. Down below is a pic of the receipt also name of the server. The take out food was for me which I am allergic to dairy she made that apparent towards the waitress. It was filled w cheese. Watch the food allergies please. Told them I would return the steak burrito but it's not worth it from the service they showed. The food looked/smelled great though, think it was just poor service communication from server to cook. Wish I wasn't intolerant to cheese. Probably would've tasted great.

I didn't get the gluten-free pizza, but I was tried. Salad wrap bacon cheese burger was delicious. Partner received the Italian grinder with onion rings and was super enthusiastic. Friendly staff and lots of sports and fun music.

Food was yummy! Service was good! Will be back to order different items from menu!
