Runway And - Tunapuna

The hotel is not bad however, customer service attitudes are over the top. A plus was free breakfast. However, my omlette was overdone but had flavor. The room itself was king-sized. They provided water, snacks, tea and coffee in room which is a plus. My grief is the location which was busy as it was next to the highway and airport. Everything was closed by a certain time, bar pool etc. The security on duty was rather helpful and great in helping us find stuff late at night. If ever in need something, the quik shoppe is about 20 minute walk n 20 minutes back. Across the busy highway there was a churches chicken n several other fast food joints during the day.

I wont recommend this hotel/restaurant because, we had to move twice to get a decent room, and still in the room we got the TV wasn't working, the bathroom door wasn't closing and opening, my daughter attempted to fix it. Breakfast was mid, we weren't satisfied, (5/10). Service was okay, the receptionist was kind. They are really overpriced.

I went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. The service and the food were very good. My waitress was effecient and professional.

I enjoyed my 1 week stay at this hotel in Trinidad on my business trip. Was everything and more. The food, ambiance, customer service etc were all amazing. Highly recommended.
