Creams Cafe - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

Placed an order online and got a call shortly after saying that they were out of twix so we had to change that. Ended up having my milkshake upgraded to a large for free due to the shortage which was very generous and kind. Never had any issues 10/10.

The restaurant was messy with tables and chairs in disarray, and the tables were dirty. The five staff members were very unfriendly and showed no interest or enthusiasm, causing me to leave right away. Their product knowledge was poor. I simply wanted two scoops of ice cream in a cone, but I ended up needing to ask for Gelato in a twin waffle cone, which I wasn't aware of since it was my first time there. The staff didn't bother to explain or help me, so I won't be returning.

I ordered for delivery and waited 2 whole hours to find out it’s not even arriving I called the store and got no answer I called them 22 times does anyone even actually work their this place should be shut down

Ordered on the 1st September through uber eats and was charged but order never arrived now im out of pocket as uber eats refused to refund and didnt get the order and they never answered the phone I was trying to phone for over an hour I'll never order again

Great taste of dessert all guest enjoyed a lot specifically kids.Very friendly staff help us to decorating. Thanks Creams Isle of sheppey keep it great standard 5 stars
