Fine Grind - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I stopped for a coffee while shopping and sat outside at this charming café in a great spot for people-watching. The mugs were large and the vintage spoons were adorable.

The coffee was so hot it had burnt the coffee beans, the size of the hot chocolate was a joke for £3 looked like a baby chino you get elsewhere for free! Staff were rude along with the management when complaint made!! Definitely would not visit again!

Delicious coffee, lovely setting and super helpful servers who are consistently friendly and efficient. Would have been 5 stars+ if one of the co-owners wasn’t so bafflingly rude. (If you dislike people why have a hospitality business?

Staff slamming cups, plates and cutlery in and out of the dishwasher so loudly that no one inside the cafe could hear anything. All customers gobsmacked as to why they were doing it. 1 table got up and left, one customer shouting for them to stop, and the rest of us just looking on in disbelief. Staff couldn’t have cared less. This is the second week in a row that I’ve experienced the exact same thing. It’s like the staff don’t like their jobs, or the customers for that matter.
