The Royal Oak - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

I have passed by this place on foot and by car so many times, but it wasn't until tonight that I finally stopped in for a drink at the Royal Oak. I just had to check out TW's second best...

Ever since the management change, the food and ambiance at the Royal Oak have seen a significant improvement. The friendly staff and continually changing menu make this restaurant well worth a visit.

Do not let the slightly run-down interior deter you - this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit. Beer enthusiasts will be delighted with the four ales on offer...

Amazing food and service, I was served by Emma On more than one occasion, during my 1 week stay she was an absolute asset, extremely friendly, warm welcoming, 5 star service breakfast was absolutely amazing, so was the dinner was also amazing. Definitely will go back.

This is a fabulous pub to attend especially if you are a female on your own. I have been going to this pub for many years now and as a real ale drinker I would like to say they are kept exceptionally well. The barstaff are very friendly and helpful and as someone on their own make you feel very safe. I can't recommend this l9vely local pub enough.
