Toad Rock Retreat - TUNBRIDGE WELLS

We absolutely loved our dinner at the toad rock. Haven’t been since the change of management and WOW. Took my family (including my two under two year old children) and couldn’t recommend it enough. Food was insane. Atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. The manager even made an effort to help my crying toddler with some crayons and colouring. Such a great family pub. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely lovely meal and atmosphere great deal for the kids for school holiday dinner and a big thank you for dealing with my fussy eaters will definitely be back.

Reading all the wonderful comments, I was expecting something quite extraordinary. But it wasn't, and saying that I was disappointed of my visit is an understatement. The food was okay but not outstanding, the atmosphere was boring, the decoration corny, and nobody thought of cleaning the water that dogs had spilled all over the ground.

Bank holiday Monday quiz had to finish early doesn’t make sense when the pub has people willing to by drinks it’s **** .

The Toadfest was great. Very helpful with wheelchair access and dog friendly. Everyone felt welcome especially as it was a very busy day for the staff. We will definitely return.
